I know it may seem confusing, but its easy. You have a rank under your STARs. In order to do a mission, you need a CAPTAIN, SGT., LT., or a LEADER to accompany you. If you do a mission, and you complete it, you get a certain %.

For Example: MUTANT SOLDIER (+10%)

You need about 90% more in order to increase your mutant level (STARS). Yes, that is another way to increase your level, besides posting a lot. Me, or another ADMIN may edit your profile to change it. You will need a lot of experience to reach a CAPTAIN. You'll need about 300% exp. Then to get to a higher rank you'll need to start from 0%, then work your way up to 400%.

You, or a Commanding Officer should start the thread where the mission is located.

The % is limitless. Your numbers can reach to whatever peak they can. You a mutant, and even mutants mutate after a while.

DONT START A MISSION UNLESS YOU PLAN ON FINISHING IT.
